Children - 500-750 micrograms

Pregnancy and lactation - 1200 micrograms

2. Vitamin D

Adults - 2.5. micrograms - 100 units

Children - 1.0 micrograms - 400 units

3. Vitamin E - 10 IU

4. Thiamine - 0.5 mg/1000 kcals = 1.2 mg

5. Riboflavin - 0.6 mg/1000 kcal = 1.7 mg

6. Niacin - 6.6 mg/1000 kcal = 18 mg

7 Pyridoxine - 1500 micrograms

8. Pantothenic acid - 10 micrograms

9. Folic acid

Adults - 100 micrograms

Pregnancy - 300 micrograms

10. Cyanocobalamin (B12) - 0.5 - 1 microgram

11. Vitamin C

Adults - 30 - 40 mg

Pregnancy & lactation - 80 - 100 mg

12. Vitamin K - 50 - 100 micrograms
