How We Collect Your Information

We collect information about you directly from you, from third parties, and automatically via your use of the Services.

If you link the Services to another account such as Google, Twitter, or others (collectively, the "Accounts"), we will access and collect the information that your account allows to be shared (based on your Account privacy settings).

Communicate with You: To send you administrative messages and in-App notices regarding the operation and use of our Services, and to send you messages about your account. We may also contact you for verification purposes.

Marketing and promotional purposes: So that we and third parties may send you and your contacts news and newsletters, SMS, special offers, and promotions (including those offered by third parties), or to otherwise contact you about products or information we think may interest you (including via email and in-App notice).

Global Use

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all applicable local rules including but not limited to rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

TVDI neither initiates the transmission nor select the sender and receiver of the transmission nor selects nor modify the information contained in the transmission. TVDI has no control over the third party user generated contents.
